Planning an event at Beer Barrel Maumee?
Our Maumee location offers two versatile event spaces: Room A, seating up to 40 guests, and Room B, seating up to 30 guests. These spaces can be reserved individually or combined for larger gatherings. Room A also features a convenient walk-up service bar, with the option to add the adjoining Bourbon Barrel Room for an open or cash bar setup.

Room Cost:
Mon–Thu: $100 per room ($200 combined)
Fri–Sun: $150 per room ($300 combined)
Minimum Spend:
Mon–Fri, 11am–3pm: None
Mon–Thu, 5pm–close: $350 per room ($700 combined)
Fri, 5pm–close: $600 per room ($1200 combined)
Sat–Sun: $600 per room ($1200 combined)
Policies
Parties of 15 or fewer may order directly from the menu.
Parties of 16 or more require a buffet selection.
A 7.25% sales tax and 18% gratuity (mandatory) will be added to all food and beverage charges.
One check will be issued per group.
Booking fee is non-refundable.
Add-Ons
Bourbon Barrel Room: $100 when added to Room A, or $400 minimum spend if reserved separately.
A/V Rental: $50
