HOST A DINE & DONATE EVENT
Receive 15% of all sales generated by your supporters during the event for both dine-in and carryout.
To support your efforts, we provide custom marketing materials to help you promote your event.
We kindly ask that all organizations fill out a Dine & Donate Request Form below. Once submitted, a member of our team will review your request and follow up to confirm your preferred date.
Beer Barrel proudly supports local organizations through our Dine & Donate program, benefiting schools, teams, arts programs, and more. While we aim to be involved in our communities, requests are subject to approval and availability may vary. To ensure a great guest experience, in-store solicitation or promotional displays during events are not permitted.
